This refrigerated presentation buffet will allow you to display your cold foods or dishes (salads, raw vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, sauces, stir-fry preparations...) so that your customers can create their own salads or stir-fry dishes.

This professional refrigerated buffet has a tank made of stainless steel for 3 GN1/1 trays with a depth of 150 mm and side walls and body in wood, walnut color.

Additionally, this buffet comes with 4 530 mm spacers, ideal for placing smaller gastronorm trays.

In addition, you can purchase a tray slide so that your customers can have their hands free to serve themselves.
