Hood-Type Dishwasher - 500 x 600 mm

This professional Hood-Type Dishwasher from the brand Krupps allows you to wash a maximum of 22 pizza plates, with a capacity of 60 baskets per hour or 1320 plates per hour. Equipped with a washing pump and spray arms, this appliance is suitable for plates and items with dimensions of 500 x 600 x 410, maximum. It can clean bread baskets, dishes, GN 1/1 containers, and pastry trays 600x400 mm.

The basket support is easily removable for optimal and quick cleaning. The molded tank is rounded and has integral filters for good drainage and impeccable hygiene.

An auto-cleaning cycle allows cleaning of the washing tank and draining of the boiler to prevent limescale formation. This dishwasher has a double peristaltic electric doser for detergent and rinse aid. The rinse and wash spray arms are molded.

Furthermore, a Thermostop function ensures that washing and rinsing only start when the desired temperature is reached.

The structure of this equipment is made of AISI 304 steel for enhanced reliability.
