Pizza Oven - 1 Chamber - 400 V

Ideal for catering professionals, this Pizza Oven with 1 Chamber has remarkably low temperature loss, even when cooking with steam. The external steam generation and refractory bricks ensure a nearly constant temperature in the cooking chamber. This multi-level oven allows you to bake products using a traditional refractory clay bread stone, with separate adjustable upper and lower heat. It is made of stainless steel and has a power of 6500 watts.

The dimensions of the oven are as follows: L 680 x D 840 x H 160 mm, a shelf height of 140 mm, and a maximum temperature of 300 °C. It is equipped with automatic ignition by timer, automatic preheating, and a USB connection. It has LED lighting and can be controlled by a simple touch. It features a date and time display, LCD screen, timer programs, and settings.

Important information: A pressure reducer is required from a water pressure of 3.5 bar. Connection upstream of a water softener is always necessary. The LBO100 installation kit is required for the operation of individual devices.
